Has dado un paso importante hacia tu objetivo: debutar en una carrera de 10 kilómetros y disfrutarla de principio a fin.

Este programa de 8 semanas está diseñado para deportistas de nivel intermedio que ya mantienen cierta continuidad en el running y desean preparar su primera 10K de manera segura, progresiva y eficiente. A lo largo del plan combinarás sesiones de rodaje, trabajos de calidad, fuerza y un incremento gradual del volumen para llegar al día de la prueba con confianza, buena condición física y sin lesiones.

Hemos estructurado la carga para que puedas mejorar tu resistencia aeróbica, tu economía de carrera y tu capacidad de mantener ritmos cómodos durante más tiempo. El entrenamiento está basado en zonas de intensidad, lo que te permitirá adaptar fácilmente cada sesión a tu nivel actual y entrenar con precisión utilizando tus propias métricas de TrainingPeaks.
