Ce programme est conçu pour les coureurs débutants qui veulent terminer un 10 km avec plaisir et confiance. En seulement 12 semaines, vous allez construire une base solide, progresser en douceur et franchir la ligne d’arrivée sans stress.

- Structure intelligente : 3 cycles de 4 semaines avec semaines de décharge pour éviter la fatigue.
- Séances variées : endurance, fractionné léger et sortie longue pour progresser sans risque.
- Zones d’effort claires : basées sur votre fréquence cardiaque maximale et l’échelle RPE (ressenti d'effort) pour s’adapter à votre ressenti.
- Objectif réaliste : courir 10 km en continu, en environ 1 heure ou plus.

Pré-requis : Il est recommandé de pouvoir courir 45 minutes en continu avant de débuter ce plan, afin d’assurer une progression sécurisée.
