🏃♀️ Questo programma è pensato per chi ha poco tempo ma vuole comunque migliorare la propria forma fisica, con particolare attenzione allo sviluppo dell’intensità di soglia anaerobica.

Anche se non è strutturato in preparazione di una gara specifica, può essere utilizzato come programma per affinare la condizione in vista di una distanza sui 10 km.
📆 Il piano si articola su otto settimane, con tre sedute settimanali:
le sedute infrasettimanali durano circa 30-40 minuti,
mentre nel weekend è prevista un’uscita più lunga.
⏱️ È incluso un test iniziale per calibrare i ritmi di allenamento; ogni seduta successiva è descritta nel dettaglio.
