Plan Description

This training plan is a beginner plan for anyone who has completed a 5k plan and is ready to embark on their first 10k. The start is gentle with some walk runs and builds you up over the 12 weeks to running your first 10k distance. The email support means you can ask questions over the 12 weeks and you can check in with Liz - your coach.
