Ideal if you’ve previously run close to this mark or have a recent half marathon time between 1h22-1h25 or 5km 17-19mins

This is not just another generic plan. It’s built using proven methods from over 13 years of coaching and personal racing experience, tailored for runners who want structure and guidance. Each week is packed with tips, workouts, and insights from myself, to give you all the tools and structure you need to succeed and enjoy the journey! Plus strength training with video tutorials.
