This plan begins with a long run of 8K and builds you confidently to a 12K Mountain Race in just six weeks. It’s designed for runners ready to embrace the mountains with strength, agility, and joy. Along the way, you’ll discover new mental training tools, physical training techniques, and coaching insights designed to help you run with flow during your training sessions and on race day.
