Plan Goal: Complete your first 10K with confidence!
This beginner-friendly 8-week plan is designed for anyone ready to build gradually and safely towards running a full 10K. Starting with walk-run intervals and progressing to continuous running, you’ll develop aerobic endurance, pacing control, and belief in what your body can do — all without overwhelming volume or intensity.

With 3 structured run sessions per week and optional cross-training, strength, and mobility add-ons, the plan supports you every step of the way — from your first run to your finish line.w runners, anyone returning to running, or those aiming to finish their first 5K comfortably.

To support your running and keep your progress moving forwards, we recommend (optional) adding some complementary training alongside your run plan.

Including a little extra work in these areas can really help your overall performance and recovery:

✅ Strength & Conditioning: Build resilience, improve posture, and reduce injury risk.
✅ Mobility & Recovery: Support joint health and flexibility, and aid recovery between runs.
✅ CrossFit / Functional Fitness: Boost full-body fitness, power, and endurance in a varied, fun way.
