  • Empieza con la ciencia: El plan comienza con una semana de pruebas para establecer tus zonas de entrenamiento personales. Al final del programa, tienes la opción de volver a evaluar tu estado físico para ver tu progreso o enfrentarte a un evento HYROX con total confianza.

  • Estructurado para el éxito (5 carreras a la semana): Nos centramos en lo que importa con un horario inteligente y eficiente en el tiempo
