Build your strength, run your distance!

Welcome to Mums Run Club:
A program designed specifically for you to get back into impact movement safely and confidently postpartum.

Take your running further with strength endurance, aerobic progression, and mindset support.
Goal: Confidently complete 10–15km+ by Week 12.
Weekly Focus:
• Functional strength and power
• Tempo runs, intervals, and longer runs
• Mobility for running posture and injury prevention
Perfect for: Mums who are already running or are wanting to run 2–3x per week and want structure to go further, safely.

This program is clear and simple. Designed to help your tired Mum brain function without too much complexity in the movements. It is best used as a strength build and a begin to run or return to impact sport build. It is 12 weeks long and is made as a progression from our 3-6month program.

It's best to keep your strength days as far away from your run days as you can. The minimum time between a run session and a strength session should be 24hrs to make sure you aren't over doing it.

If you are a beginner to strength training, it is recommend to hire a professional to ensure you are moving safely and correctly, this might take just 1 session with a PT in person to give you confidence, alternatively you can book a video consultation with me.

I hope the program gives you some much needed time dedicated to yourself in the midst of parent life and brings you confidence in your postpartum body. Motherhood is a super power, enjoy unlocking it.
