Bienvenidos a este plan de entrenamiento que tiene como objetivo llevarte a cruzar la meta de tus proximos 10Km
Este plan de trabajo se plantea en 12 semanas en las cuales vas a tener 3 dias de entrenamiento de running por semana.
Este plan de entrenamiento esta direccionado a esas personas que ya han realizado esta distancia varias veces y ahora quieren seguir un programa de entrenamiento estructurado y con ello, romper sus limites!
Para este entrenamiento vas a necesitar tu reloj, la banda de frecuencia cardiaca y ser muy consciente de tus sensaciones al entrenar.
Dentro de las sesiones encontrarĂ s diferentes videos con tips que te ayudaran a aprender mas sobre tu proceso de entrenamiento, no te los pierdas!
