Plan Description

This plan is designed for beginner runners who can run steadily for 30min and want to build both duration and speed to complete a 10km run.

The plan requires the use of a heart rate monitor and GPS sports watch to determine pacing. If you do not know your threshold heart rate or threshold pace prior to this, and do not have this available from a history of data on trainingpeaks, it is recommended that you start with the threshold test before commencing with the plan.
