Plan Description

This is the program i personally did for 5 weeks in preparation for a half marathon. Tho I would say this program is perfect and very accurate for a 10k race with some good D+. The volume is still fine for a half marathon, and I still did very well during my race. It is very hybrid, my goal wanted to be strong and fast and it definetly worked. This plan is perfect for those who like to lift heavy and run fast. It is made for intermediate to advanced athlete, the gym workouts are not easy and I suggest that you have good experience before doing it. It goes quickly to lower then 12 reps for many exercices to work on the max strenght. I build the plan as I did my workout, with some variations and very direct friendly advice.
