Este plan de entrenamiento está pensado para deportistas que ya son capaces de correr al menos 20 minutos seguidos sin parar y quieren mejorar su rendimiento en eventos de híbridos.
Durante 4 semanas, trabajarás una progresión enfocada en los cambios de ritmo o fartleks, una habilidad clave para aprender a gestionar la fatiga, mantener el control del ritmo y mejorar tu eficiencia de carrera cuando la combinas con ejercicios funcionales.
El objetivo de este plan es ayudarte a construir una base aeróbica capaz de gestionar la fatiga de manera rápida, ganar confianza en los cambios de intensidad y preparar tu cuerpo para la siguiente fase del entrenamiento más específica y competitiva.
💡 Recomendación: realiza este plan al menos 8 semanas antes de tu prueba, para dejar las últimas 4 semanas destinadas al trabajo más específico orientado al rendimiento.
