Características del plan
- 🏃 Correr: avanzados, volumen e intensidad alta. Objetivo: bajar tiempo y conseguir record personal.
- 🏋️ Gimnasio: la fuerza máxima se transfiere directamente al running. Trabajarás la zona media y además, desarrollarás más masa muscular.
- 👉 Método: polarizado (80% baja intensidad, 20% alta intensidad)
- 👉 Duración: 12 semanas
- 👉 Frecuencia running: 7 veces por semana (incluye días con doble turno)
- 🏋️ Frecuencia gimnasio: 2 veces por semana
- 👉 Zonas basadas en ritmo (se incluye un testeo de umbral, para definir zonas)
- 👉 Testeos: incluye una sesión de testeo al iniciar el plan para definir las zonas y se puede ejecutar al final o correr un 10 km.
- ♻️ Reutilizable: El plan se puede reutilizar las veces que quieras. Puedes ejecutar este plan para una carrera o ciclo y volver a aplicarlo en una fecha futura. El plan se adaptará según tu fitness / testeos, por lo que nunca será más fácil o difícil (sólo irás más rápido 💪)
