Plan Description
Este plan está diseñado para llevarte paso a paso desde la preparación hasta la línea de meta, enfocándose en mejorar tu resistencia, velocidad y técnica de carrera.
A lo largo de las 12 semanas, trabajarás en:
✅ El desarrollo del umbral de lactato para mantener un ritmo constante sin fatiga prematura.
✅ Series y cambios de ritmo para ganar velocidad.
✅ Sesiones de core para fortalecer el cuerpo y prevenir lesiones.
📩 Test inicial de VAM: La primera semana realizarás un test para identificar tus zonas de carrera. Una vez completado, envía un correo a contact@eloadtraining.com para que un entrenador defina tus zonas personalizadas.
Nivel 3 – Para quienes buscan un 10K más rápido y eficiente
Para corredores con experiencia que buscan optimizar su rendimiento en un 10K.
🔹 Duración: 12 semanas.
🔹 Frecuencia: 5 días de carrera + 2 sesiones de core semanal.
🔹 Incluye:
