Si quieres simplemente terminar un 10K, o mejorar tu récord en esta distancia, este plan es para tí.

Este plan de entrenamiento está prediseñado para atletas que ya tienen experiencia en correr por lo menos 5 Km a un ritmo de 5:30 min/km o menor.

¡Las sesiones de carrera están prediseñadas, por lo tanto, si tienes un reloj Garmin, Suunto, TomTom, Apple Watch o Polar, puedes bajar el entrenamiento y te va a ir guiando en todas las sesiones!

El entrenamiento cuenta con sesiones de fuerza, estiramientos y carrera, con un día de descanso a la semana (domingo).
