¿Ya corriste tus primeros 5K y quieres un nuevo reto? Este plan de 9 semanas está diseñado para atletas que ya completaron al menos una carrera de 5 kilómetros o que han seguido nuestro plan específico de 5K, y ahora buscan dar el salto hacia los 10 kilómetros.

Entrenamientos basados en tiempo: Todas las sesiones se estructuran en duración, no en distancia, lo que te permite adaptarte según tu nivel actual y progresar sin presiones.
