Si ya corres de forma regular y tu próximo objetivo es bajar de 40’, este plan es para ti.
Durante 15 semanas vas a trabajar con una estructura progresiva que combina entrenamientos de calidad + fuerza específica para que llegues rápido, fuerte y sin lesiones.
💥 Qué incluye:
• Plan de entrenamiento de 15 semanas con 4–5 sesiones semanales.
• Plan indicado para corredores que compiten por debajo de 4' el km.
• Series, tempo y rodajes controlados planificados para mejorar tu ritmo.
• Trabajo de fuerza adaptado a corredores.
• Entrenamientos estructurados.
• Comentarios en las sesiones clave.
