Plan Description
If you are looking for your best performance in 10kms this is the perfect training plan for you.
The goal of the first few weeks is to get you running, without worrying about pace.
From the second week onwards you will experience an increase in training volume and intensity, aiming for your best performance.
Don't be too demanding, but be committed and I'm sure that after these 8 weeks you'll be running at your best Pace.
This plan is designed for athletes who have some running experience and already run at least 25kms per week.
If you're looking for a more complete preparation, look for our 16 or 24 week training ´plans.

Não seja muito exigente, mas comprometa-se e tenho certeza que depois dessas 8 semanas você estará correndo no seu melhor ritmo.
Este plano destina-se a atletas com alguma experiência em corrida e que já percorrem pelo menos 25kms por semana.
