Plan Description
Programme d'entraînement pour 10 km Niveau bas - moyen (45'-1h)
Planification basée sur le rythme. Un appareil avec GPS est nécessaire pour contrôler le rythme ou effectuer des entraînements dans des environnements mesurés (piste d'athlétisme ou similaire).
5 séances hebdomadaires pour 14 semaines d'entraînement spécifique sur 10 km
Il est très important d'effectuer correctement les tests initiaux et les tests d'évaluation continue afin de déterminer l'allure de vitesse fonctionnelle de chaque athlète et ensuite de pouvoir déterminer les différentes zones de vitesse aux différents moments d'exécution du plan.
Ce plan peut être couplé avec le plan du semi-marathon asphalte ou du semi-marathon trail.
