Plan Description
This plan ensures that you will have everything you need to reach your goal of breaking the 37 minutes in a 10k race.
It includes three key sessions every week, with an interval workout, a tempo run and a long run. In total 5 workouts every week that can be extended with my free and included premium strength training program for endurance athletes.
All workouts are setup with a target heart rate and the target pace is given within the text and as hint at every lap.
So with this plan you can be sure you have everything you need and my full expertise as a pro athlete and physician.
Target Athlete
This plan is appropriate for runners that are able to run more then 40ks a week and finished a 10k within 40 minutes.
100% Structured Workouts
Each workout can be exported to a training device such as Garmin, Suunto, Polar, etc., which will automatically guide you through the session, with duration, lap, and intensity prompts. It can’t get any easier.

About me
I'm Astrid, a triathlon-Pro, 2x Longdistance Champion (Kalmar and Barcelona) with a PB of 8:54 and - as an Agegroup-athlete - World- and European Champion. I love to share all my experience as coach. Seeing my athletes succeed is the fuel of my life and one of the best feelings I know.
