Plan Description

This schedule is to help you run 10km. We will start easily and than build up so after 12 weeks you can run a 10km! It is a good start for beginners or someone who hasn't ran for a while. Otherwise it can also be used when you are trying to lose some weight.
It is made for beginners and is pace-based. You can use it using any equipment that keeps track of your distance. You can use your phone with Strava or Runkeeper or a activity watch.
