Plan d'entraînement pour 10 km Niveau bas - moyen (temps final du 10K entre 45 et 55')
Planification basée sur la puissance. Un appareil avec STRYD est nécessaire pour le contrôle de l'intensité.
5 séances hebdomadaires pour 14 semaines d'entraînement spécifique sur 10 km
Il est très important d'effectuer correctement les tests initiaux et les tests d'évaluation continue afin de déterminer le FTP de chaque athlète et ensuite de pouvoir déterminer les différentes zones de puissance aux différents moments d'exécution du plan.
Ce plan peut être couplé avec le plan du semi-marathon asphalte ou du trail express
