Plan Description

Este plan de 12 semanas esta enfocado para corredores de nivel intermedio que ya tengan tiempo en este deporte y corran sin ningún problema los eventos de 5 y 10k.

Este plan enfocado en potencia te ayudara a aumentar tu velocidad de carrera que después la podrás aplicar en carreras largas y así poder bajar tus tiempo. Estas sesiones son de 45min a 1:00hr dependiendo de la intensidad. Pero estamos seguros que te ayudaran a bajar tus RP ya que a nosotros nos ha funcionado.
