Plan Description

Dieser Trainingsplan begleitet dich auf den finalen 12 Wochen zu einer schnellen 10 km Wettkampfzeit.

Du wirst 2-3 Läufe wöchentlich absolvieren und zusätzlich sind 2-3 Einheiten Athletik eingeplant.

Als BONUS bekommst du 3 Übungspläne für das Athletiktraining und Empfehlungen zu Material & Ernährung.

Du solltest als Voraussetzung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Trainingsplans bereits 10 km erfahren sein oder zumindestens 60 Minuten am Stück laufen können und dich aktuell im regelmäßigen Lauftraining befinden.
