Presento un plan de 2 mesociclos estructurados para mejorar tu marca en 10k. Necesitamos de un gimnasio, o repetir la cuarta sesión "fuerza de peso libre". Previamente al comienzo del test hay que realizar un test de 3000m para sacar nuestro ritmo crítico, introducirlo en Trainingpeaks y que nos calcule las zonas. Este test se va repitiendo periódicamente para ir actualizando tus zonas de entrenamiento.
