Plan Description
Presento un plan muy sencillo de tres sesiones semanales y 12 semanas, para trabajar con Stryd Power o cualquier otro dispositivo de potencia. De cara a afrontar un 10k. El trabajo con potencia hace de este plan una herramienta muy sencilla para que puedas trabajar las sesiones en el lugar que te apetezca. Antes de realizar el plan. Es conveniente realizar un Test para ajustar la potencia crítica. Realizando un calentamiento `2 intervalos. Uno de 9' y otro de 3'. Sumando la potencia obtenida en ambos segmentos, dividiéndola entre 2 y multiplicando el resultado *0,90. Necesitamos Gimnasio o repetir la cuarta sesión "fuerza de peso libre". Previamente es necesario establecer nuestras zonas de potencia. Para ello hay que calcular la potencia crítica. Realizando un calentamiento progresivo de 20' + 4 progresiones de 30'' /45'' + 3' de estiramiento. Después Test de 9' a tope /7' , Test de 3' a tope. La potencia normalizada obtenida de esos dos laps la dividimos /2 y la multiplicamos por 0,9. Esa es la potencia crítica que debemos incluir en nuestro umbral de FTP, para que Trainingpeaks adapte el entrenamiento a nosotros
