Plan Description

A simple 6-week plan aimed at getting you ready for a 12 week 10km or half marathon program. The focus here is consistency each week. The aerobic runs are very low intensity. The data from the functional threshold test in week six will be used to set the training zones for the next program.

I've been involved in endurance sport for over 20 years, initially as a competitive athlete at Ironman distance triathlon and then as a seasoned marathon runner.
