馃敽4 d铆as de entrenamiento a la semana.

馃敽Incluye tabla de fuerza para trabajar en el gimnasio.

馃敽Entrenamientos estructurados.

馃敽Necesario saber CP = Critical Power de Stryd 馃攱. Se puede usar el autom谩tico que da la app de Stryd.

馃敽En la 1陋 semana est谩 el Test del Jim Vance para sacar el CP si no se usa el autom谩tico de la app de Stryd.

馃敽 Las zonas de potencia quedar铆an de la siguiente manera:

Z1 馃槃 = 65-80% CP
Z2 馃榾 = 80-90% CP
Z3 馃え = 90-100% CP
Z4 馃檨 = 100-115% CP
Z5 馃サ = 115-130% CP
