Plan Description

Salut à toi,

Je te propose un coaching personnel pour 20 semaines. Fort de mon expérience en entrainement d'endurance et de force, nous délimiterons ensemble les objectifs que tu veux te fixer.

Une fois le plan acheté, je t'enverrai par mail un lien te permettant de m'ajouter comme coach. Je pourrai ensuite analyser et programmer tes entrainements.

Nous ferons le point chaque semaine sur la charge et la difficulté des entrainements, afin qu'ils soient adaptés aux mieux à tes besoins.
