Plan Description

This approach is intended to be of assistance to everyone who is interested in regaining their fitness.

Frequency: 1- 3 hours each week

It is recommended that you have prior experience running on an indoor treadmill, running outside, or using a timing device that takes your heart rate and average pace into account.

On every other day, there is a programme that lasts for 30- to 60-minutes. One day on, one day off over six weeks to rebuild the fitness to run.

These programs are compatible with all heart rate monitors as well as average running pace devices.

To determine your average pace or normalised greased pace, we recommend beginning with a threshold run that lasts for a total of Thirty minutes.

A duration of 30 - to 60-minutes will be allotted for sessions in this plan. An increase in endurance should be an incremental increase of 15% per week at the SAME pace. Your duration of the interval sessions should remain constant.

The framework of the sessions is what gives you tolerance to build up your running, without and on-set of chronic fatigue, as well as variability in the training zones.
