HAVE FUN TRAIN SMART


This is our motto, training should be about having fun in what you are doing. By training smart every workout should give you a maximal advantage. Because your time hard to pan between work/school, family, friends, and your beloved sport. Our plans are designed so each workout has a goal so the only thing you have to do is execute it and have fun.


Is this plan suitable for you?



  • You have between 2 and 3,5hrs available per week

  • You can do an easy run for 50 minutes.

  • 3 runs per week

  • 1 Strength and flexibility training per week

All our training plans have free e-mail coach support. We created a complete support website to help you during the plan and with tips for your race.


This 10 weekWe remos plan is designed for athletes that have limited time and can run 40 - 50 minutes at an easy pace. You will work in 10 weeks to a 10K race. Where your goal is to finish. If you want to set your PR? take a look at our other 10K plans.
