Trainingsplan über letzten 12 Wochen für einen 10 km-Wettkampf. Erste Lauferfahrung und regelmäßiges Training davor sind natürlich Vorraussetzung. I.d.R. sind 3 Lauftrainings pro Woche eingeplant und verteilen sich auf die Tage Dienstag, Donnerstag und Samstag.

Hier handelt es sich um eine Rookie-Plan. Dein Ziel ist dein erster 10 km-Wettkampf und/oder eine Zeit von unter einer Stunde? Dann bist du hier richtig.
