Training to PR requires hard work and the right training plan! This 10week program will get you to the finish line knowing you have accomplished something special.
Intended for the athlete that is well trained, 8 weeks with 4 or 5 days of running per week and the ability to train 5 days a week, max of 4-6hrs per week. Heartrate monitor, PowerMeter GPS Ability to work hard and have fun!!
