Plan Description

Si ya tienes experiencia en el running y te gustaría seguir un plan entrenamiento que te ayude a bajar de los 50' en 10K en tan solo 12 semanas, sigue leyendo.

¿A quién va dirigido?
- Runners con la capacidad de correr, al menos, durante 45 minutos de forma ininterrumpida.
- Runners con la capacidad de correr 10 minutos a un ritmo más elevado de 5 minutos/km.

¿Cómo se organizan los ciclos de entrenamiento?
- Los ciclos de entrenamiento se componen de 3 semanas, en el que hay 2 semanas de carga y 1 semana de recuperación.
- Las mayoría de las semanas están configuradas con 5 días de entrenamiento y 1 de descanso.

¿Cómo controlas el entrenamiento?
- Durante el primer ciclo de entrenamiento (semana 1-3), se hace mediante la percepción subjetiva al esfuerzo (RPE), en la que 0 es la intensidad más baja y 10 la más alta.
- En la semana 3, se recomienda hacer un test incremental con análisis de los niveles de lactato para evaluar tu rendimiento y establecer las zonas de entrenamiento. Por lo tanto, a partir de la semana 4 el control del entrenamiento lo harías mediante zonas por ritmo de carrera, basados en el umbral anaérobico. www.mitlabmalaga.com
- En caso de no tener acceso a los test de lactato podrás hacer un test de campo que se describe en un archivo adjunto en el plan de entrenamiento.
