The period between two seasons is meant for physical and psychological recovery. When implemented correctly, you lose little performance despite recovering and can start the new season at a higher baseline level. This is exactly where the enduranced OFFSEASON PLAN comes in.

The OFFSEASON PLAN is suitable for anyone who wants to structure the time between two seasons and start the next one with a higher performance base.

- 4 weeks of science- & best-practice-backed structured training (the plan can be reused)
- Intensity guidelines (HR-, Lactate-, RPE- & Breathing-based), physiological effects, nutritional/executional guidelines, & pro tips for every single session
- A guide (PDF) on the following topics: description of every session type (endurance, interval, strength, and mobility training), physiological purposes, mistakes to avoid, exercise nutrition, your zone setup and FAQ
- Each session including tips on execution, intensity control, nutrition, & pro tips

- Reference list of all the scientific literature thre plan is based on

5️⃣ What do you need to implement the plan?
All you need is an endurance training modality of your choice (e.g. running, cycling, skiing, rowing, etc.), some space at home or access to a gym, and of course motivation.

6️⃣ How much time should you expect?
The training volume is approximately 4-5 hours per week.

7️⃣ When is the ideal time to start the OFFSEASON PLAN?
Ideally, you should start between March and May.
