This training plan is a 6 week progressive plan to get you ready to climb Kilimanjaro. It is a progressive plan, designed to take you from a testing week, through an aerobic and strength building phase, into a phase centred on the specific muscular endurance required for the climb ahead. The final de-load week is your taper before the climb!

The plan works on the assumption that you have access to a gym for training purposes.
