Plan Description

For skiers who've been doing 0 to some training, looking to increase their base, build explosive power, balance strength and build ski-specific full body strength! This plan includes specific aerobic workouts (as runs, roller skis, or on-snow when you've got it), intentional speedwork for aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength for injury prevention, strength and plyometrics for ski-specific power, mobility routines for injury prevention and to work out training-related tightness.
This plan uses structured workouts with perceived exertion ratings instead of HR. Aerobic work is mostly distance-based but sometimes time-based.
