This summer we've put together a new system of training plans to help YOU get the most of out of your training for skimo! 


The plans are split into two main types: 


1. Skimo BUILD plans, designed for increasing your capacity. Are you interested in longer winter races/objectives, and worried about finishing? Then building up your weekly training in the fall is going to be key to having the training base to build on for the winter.

2. Skimo FAST plans, designed for increasing your speed. Do you know you could finish your goal races/objectives, but want to be able to do them FASTER? Then pick a FAST plan to get you there!

These plans provides a structured and periodized training schedule in order to maximise your fall fitness gains. Each week contains intervals, strength, skills training, and a long weekend workout.
