Skilanglauf Trainingsplan als Ergänzung bzw. Ersatzprogramm für Rad/Laufen




Dieser Skilanglauf Trainingsplan ist bei entsprechenden Witterungsbedingungen als Ergänzung zum Triathlon-Training gedacht. Pro Woche stehen drei Trainingseinheiten auf dem Plan. Diese kannst du wahlweise in der Skating-Technik oder in der klassischen Technik absolvieren.

Zur Trainingssteuerung nutzen wir Pulsvorgaben, da Witterungsverhältnisse und Materialwahl zu großen Einfluss auf die Pace beim Langlaufen haben. Dafür ist zu Beginn des Planes ein kurzer 12min-Test angesetzt.
