Plan Description

This plan consists primarily with strength conditioning workouts an emphasis on the eccentric load required of downhill skiing. This plan combines both a at home gym workout, some pieces of equipment are required ( a plyo box, weights, bands) and some outdoor endurance work that can be accomplished either on a mountain bike or with trail running.
