Plan Description

This 6 week training plan is geared towards the recreational skier/rider (beginner, intermediate or advanced skiing/riding ability) preparing for the upcoming winter sports season. The plan has a balance between quality training designed to build strength and endurance and active recovery. The goal is for you to arrive at the slopes healthy and strong.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
No specific equipment is needed for the plan.
*Strength items are recommended but may be easily substituted with household items.
*Treadmill may be replaced with an outdoor surface that replicates the goal of the workout

NOTES:
*Times are approximate and will vary based on average pace.
