A Challenge based upon National Walking Day's encouraging 30 minutes of walking for the entire month of April. National Walking Day is the first Wednesday of April. This is a pretty straight forward plan - walk for 30 minutes each day for 30 days! A few stipulations are in order - there are no days off in this challenge. 30 days straight, 30 minutes of walking each day. Another stipulation is that your 30 minutes must be outside of work! This is probably a challenge in itself for some of you but I know you can do it if you set your mind to the task. Think about what the best time of day is for you to take 30 minutes for yourself, or 30 minutes when your dog would like to take a walk with you. As important as the exercise is, it's as important to take this time and allow your mind and spirit to cleanse. Enjoy this one!
