🏆 El Bloque de Competición Definitivo (8 Semanas)

Ya tienes la base aeróbica. Eres fuerte. Pero... ¿Estás listo para la "Roxzone"?

Este plan corresponde a la "Fase de Competición" (las últimas 8 semanas) de nuestro programa completo. Está diseñado para atletas que están a menos de 2 meses del día de la carrera y necesitan cambiar inmediatamente del entrenamiento general a la simulación específica de HYROX.

El Objetivo: Enseñar a tu cuerpo a correr rápido con las "piernas cargadas" y dominar las estaciones sin disparar tu ritmo cardíaco.





Características del plan

  • Duración: 8 Semanas (Puesta a Punto)

  • Enfoque: 100% Especificidad de carrera (Sin "kilómetros basura")

  • Nivel: Intermedio - 4 sesiones de Running + 2 sesiones de Gimnasio

  •    
  • Simulacros Incluidos: Cada sábado se transforma en un Simulacro de Carrera (Running + Estaciones)


  • Estructura Semanal (Semanas 1 a 6)

  • 🏋️‍♂️ Gimnasio: Nos enfocamos en Potencia y Velocidad. Cargas más ligeras a alta velocidad para ganar explosividad (Lunes) + Trabajo accesorio/preventivo (Miércoles).

  • 🏃 Running: Las sesiones entre semana atacan el Umbral de Lactato y VO2 Máx para mantener el motor afilado.

  • 🚀 Sábados de Simulacro: El corazón de este plan. Entrenamientos integrados (ej. Correr 1km + Wall Balls + Correr 1km + Burpees) para simular la agonía real de la carrera.


  •    
  • El Tapering (Semanas 7 y 8)

  • 📉 Puesta a Punto: para eliminar la fatiga manteniendo la intensidad alta, asegurando que llegues a la línea de salida fresco
