🏆 Probablemente el plan de HYROX más completo del marketplace
La mayoría de los planes ahí fuera cometen un error: o son solo de running, o son solo de gimnasio. HYROX requiere ambos.
Este no es un plan genérico. Es un sistema de ingeniería híbrida diseñado para el atleta que quiere cruzar la meta fuerte, sin miedo al Sled Push y con aire en los pulmones para el Wall Ball.
Características del plan
- Duración: 16 semanas
- Ciclos: 3 semanas de carga + 1 semana de descarga
- Dificultad: Intermedios - 4 sesiones de running + 2 sesiones de gimnasio
- Descanso: 2 días de descanso total para absorber el entrenamiento
- Fase 1: Construcción de Motor y Fuerza Máxima (Semanas 1 a 8)
- 🏋️♂️ Gimnasio: 1 sesión de fuerza máxima para piernas + 1 sesión de tren superior y Grip
- 🏃 Running: 1 sesión de umbral (similar al pace de carrera) con poco descanso + 1 sesión de vo2Max (velocidad) con más descanso + 1 regenerativa + 1 carrera larga
- Fase 2: Especificidad y Potencia (Semanas 9 a 16)
- 🏋️♂️ Gimnasio: Cambiamos a potencia y ejercicios accesorios. Los sábados incorporamos running + estaciones.
- 🏃 Running: mantenemos las sesiones de umbral y vo2Max. Intercambiamos el run largo por simulaciones de carrera (Running + estaciones)
