🔹 Divided into 2 blocks of 2 weeks, progressive and adapted to the demands of beach volleyball without the need of a gym (few weights and bands needed)

🎯 Program goals:
✔️ Improve general and specific strength focused on jumping, movement, and stability.
✔️ Prevent injuries through a structured approach to core work, mobility, and compensatory strength.
✔️ Build a solid physical base to perform at your best and enjoy training.

🏐 Programa de Fuerza – Preparación Beach Volley 💪 (ESP)

📅 Duración total: 4 semanas
🔹 Dividido en 2 bloques de 2 semanas, progresivos y adaptados a las demandas del vóley playa. Sin necesidad de gimnasio (alguna pesa y gomas necesarias)

🎯 Objetivos del programa:
✔️ Mejorar la fuerza general y específica aplicada al salto, desplazamientos y estabilidad.
✔️ Prevenir lesiones con un trabajo estructurado de core, movilidad y fuerza compensatoria.
✔️ Llegar con una base física sólida que permita rendir al máximo y disfrutar entrenando.
