Plan Description

The Intermediate Mental Skills Training Plan sets you on the path to building high performance mental skills in 10-40 minutes a day. If you have done mental skills training before but aren't ready for advanced work, this is a great intermediate plan.

Like capturing sport performance metrics, this plan starts with an assessment period in order to ensure that you are getting the mental workouts personalized to you. Once the assessment period is complete, you'll receive daily workouts and intermittent additional assessments to continue to ensure personalized progress.

Because assessments may gather health information, this plan requires using the PsychFlex app to ensure HIPAA compliance. The app costs are covered by Coach Patrick Smith so there is no additional charge. Setup instructions are included on Day 1 of this plan.
