Daily Body Weight Functional Warm-Up/Cool Down Strength

This program can be utilized by every athlete and can be done before or after your main workouts as a warm-up activity or cool down. It is specifically designed with the functional strength needs of the Triathlete with volume and time being the primary consideration. These workouts are set up in a week format and can be applied weekly.
