If swimming has always been your weakest link, and/or you want to improve both your technique and strength in the water, then these plans are for you.
Our 16 week Swim Stronger Level 0 plan is designed for a wide range of swimmers who wish to do a technique and dryland mobility focused block of training. This plan can be incorporated into an existing single sport or triathlon plan or can be done stand-alone. Athletes should be able to swim at least 100y(m) continuously, and 1500y(m) cumulatively as a starting point, building to up to 3000y/m. This plan will consist of 2 swim sessions and 2 mobility sessions per week.
