Plan Description
If you can swim a 1000m or 1500m and want to improve your speed you can use this structured trainingplan. It is based on your Current (Critical) SwimSpeed and you will set a goal for your TargetSpeed (=next Critical SwimSpeed).
The plan is based on 16 workouts including Critical SwimSpeed Test and the TestEvent at the end of the plan. You can do the plan in 5 weeks (3 workouts per week) of use the plan for 15 weeks (1 workout from the plan per week and the rest of your workouts filled in yourself) and everything in between.
