Improve your Treshold Swim Pace in 6 weeks.
This plan includes a 1000m pre test and post test to determine your treshold pace. This way, after 6 weeks of good training, you can see your progression.
Before you start this program I recommend you build up your fitness so you're able to:
swim two weeks of 15km in 4-5 sessions a week.
